Labels are invisible until i move mouse at them

When I open gnome-control-center I can't see labels until I move/hover mouse over them.
Then they are visible until I change to another tab.

Thank you for your bug report. Is that on a nvidia card using the 470 drivers? If so that's already reported as bug #2061079

Seems to be the same issue. Workaround fixes problem.
